Ayushman Bharat Digital Mission
The National Health Authority’s (NHA) main programmer, is creating a comprehensive digital health ecosystem for the nation. Since its widespread rollout in September 2021, ABDM has seen significant growth, with over 23 crore ABHA numbers (previously known as Health IDs), 1.14 lakh health facilities registered in the Healthcare Professionals Registry (HPR), 33 thousand healthcare professionals listed under the Healthcare Facility Registry (HFR), 6.6 lakh ABHA app downloads, and 3.4 lakh health records linked to ABHA of individuals.
