As they transition from the COVID-19 school closures to a new normal of living with a pandemic, ministers of education around the world are attempting to rebuild better. Make interdependence and connectivity the driving force behind all learning, including digital, physical, human, ecological, and political.
Stop asserting that all kids will be proficient. Students should create their own quality standards and frameworks to aid in their understanding.
Celebrate learning by recognising learning models; instead of relying on historical names and meaningless mascots, every institution is known for employing this model and strategy. Accept that there is no one ideal method of teaching or learning.
